Q. I already have a contract with IT Basecamp, will this change affect the price of my monthly contract charges?
A. No. This increase to $130 for our hourly rates is only for any work done which is additional to your contracted agreement. Where you have purchased pre-paid hours from IT Basecamp for us to provide you with monitoring and support services, the hourly rate applied will remain at $120 p/h as per your signed contract.
Q. Will this increase impact the quote that I recently received?
A. No. IT Basecamp will honour the quoted charges in any quotes that are currently in progress and which are accepted and signed before 01/01/2020.
Q. What do I do if I am not comfortable with this change and want to discuss it further?
A. Please don’t hesitate to make contact with our team by phone on 02 4441 8555 or send an email. We will be very happy to discuss this further with you.
Q. What do I need to do if I would like to receive my services from IT Basecamp at the lower contract rate?
A. We would love to talk about partnering with you for your ongoing IT service needs. Please call us on 02 4441 8555 or email us.

The South Coast of New South Wales where we live is Yuin country but indigenous people here come from a number of different groups including Brinja-Yuin, Budawang, Jerrinja, Murramarang, Walbunja, Wandandian and Wodi Wodi. We recognise their continuing connection and contribution to this land.
