Help Desk

Karly has been full-time with IT Basecamp since mid-October 2021. As part of the Helpdesk team, Karly's role includes managing daily system operation tests to ensure all contract client environments are operating correctly and actioning level-1 helpdesk support tasks.

Karly holds certificates in Acronis Cyber Protection, Fortinet (NSE 1-3) and Datto.

Based in Sydney, Karly enjoys finding good food and drinks in the city and spending time with her fiancé and their Labradoodle, Nero, over the weekends.
